In the unlikely event that you find your item faulty or defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Change of mind:
Sorry we can’t accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.
Returned items must be unwashed, unused and unworn items, in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition.
Shipping is not refundable on returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org please have your order number, date of purchase and full name available.
Please check that all information is correct when placing your order. Ensure that your email address does not have any incorrect capital letters, to avoid missing communication from us. A contactable phone number must be provided, we regularly do order confirmation phone calls if we are unable to confirm some orders we may cancel the order.

Standard shipping is FREE Australia wide when ordering any item at Baby Carriers Australia. Orders are send via Australia Post. Australia Post will take between 1 and 11 working days to deliver your order. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your order. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post web site www.auspost.com.au
While we would love to be able to tell you exactly when your item will be arriving we are unable at this stage to quote exact shipping times. Tracking your parcel via Australia Post is the best option we can provide at this time.
Express Post is also available at an additional charge of $10. This is offered as an option at checkout. Please note that while this option is definitely faster, Australia Post still do not gaurantee next day delivery.

“The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.”
Please understand that if you place delivery instructions to leave at delivery location without a signature, for example ‘leave at front door if not home’ It is to do so at own risk. We will be unable to replace the item if it goes missing under these circumstances.
Please note that no orders will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays or on Australian public holidays. Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post. Your purchase will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.
